An easy pancake batter recipe that will make perfect Shrove Tuesday pancakes every time (although are great any time of the year!).

Ingredients
250gplain floursieved to remove lumps
350mlmilk
4eggs
1pinchsalt
1tablespoonbutter
Instructions
Place all the ingredients except the butter in a large bowl and whisk together to make a smooth batter.
In a non-stick pan on a high heat put a small amount of the butter into the hot pan. Once melted ensure it coats the entire pan, then pour in enough batter mix to cover the pan (about ⅓ of a cm thick) and cook for approximately 1-1 ½ minutes on each side until nice and golden brown.
Notes
Enjoy with fresh fruit, golden syrup, or good old lemon and sugar!
