Ingredients

turmeric

lamb mince

cayenne pepper
Instructions
Boil the rice, adding the turmeric to give your rice a nice yellow colour. Set to one side.
In a non-stick pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion until lightly brown.
Add the lamb mince, and cook for two minutes, then add the cayenne pepper and finish browning the mince.
Add the rice, salt and pepper to taste, and cook until heated thoroughly.
Notes
Serve with your favourite curry!
