1red onion finely chopped10p

Instructions
Remove the flesh from the avocado. On a large chopping board finely chop the avocado with the onion and the chilli.
Add the coriander and the tomatoes and continue to chop all together.
Add the lime juice, with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the mashed ingredients into a bowl to serve.
Notes
