Instructions
Place the frozen fish fingers in a single layer on a plate, with a little space between them.
On a high heat, microwave the fish fingers for one minute.
Carefully turn the fish fingers over and cook for one minute. Turn again and cook for a further minute.
Allow to cool for one minute before eating.
Notes
Due to spacing, cook fish fingers in batches with no more than 4 - 8 at one time. Microwaves have different powers, so you may need to adjust timings.These instructions are for guidelines only. Please ensure that the food is cooked until piping hot. Also, do not refreeze the fish fingers after defrosting.
